Shake well before each use. Take 1 oz in 16 oz of spring water, 20 to 30 minutes before each meal. If you experience upset stomach or acid reflux, take 1 teaspoon in 4 oz of spring water instead.

🍵 The Mayan's Secret Tea

Take once per day, before 10:00 AM only. Your weight-based dose is 24 oz.

How to prepare your tea:

  1. Buy 1 gallon of distilled water
  2. Pour the water into a standard 16.9 fl oz bottle three times — approximately 51 oz total
  3. Pour that water into a pot and bring to a boil
  4. Once boiling, add 30 leaves and continue boiling for 2 minutes
  5. Remove from heat and let it steep for at least 2 hours — it should turn orange to medium brown
  6. Strain and pour
  7. Save the used leaves in a cool container
  8. In about 3 days, use those saved leaves again with fresh 51 oz of distilled water and add 30 new leaves
  9. Drink hot to warm
  10. Add a pinch of black pepper just before drinking
