Product Instructions

AMPK

Shake well and take 1 oz in 16 oz of spring water 20 to 30 minutes before each meal. If you have an upset stomach or acid reflux, take 1 teaspoon in 4 oz of spring water.

The Mayans Secret Tea

Take once per day before 10:00 AM only. Rodney’s dose is 24 oz. Boil 51 oz of water, add 30 leaves, boil 2 minutes, steep 2 hours, strain, save the leaves, and add a pinch of black pepper before drinking.

Detox Non Diarrhea

Take 2 droppers in 2 oz of water 2 to 3 times per day.

Pressure Tincture

Take 2 droppers full in 2 oz of water 3 times per day.

Stress Relief

Take 2 droppers full in 2 oz of water 1 hour before bedtime.

Pain Away + Breathe

Take 2 droppers full in 2 oz of water as needed in the evening for each product.

9 Day Liver Cleanse

Take 3 droppers in 2 oz of spring water first thing in the morning for 9 days, then wait 21 days before taking it again.

Lymphatic Flush

Boil 1 gallon of distilled water, add 10 scoops, boil 5 minutes, cool, refrigerate, strain, and drink hot 8 to 12 oz 1 to 2 times daily on an empty stomach.

Celtic Sea Salt

Add 1/4 teaspoon to 8 oz of Aqua Vitalis Spring Water with 1 oz lemon juice for the morning mineral boost. Use the fast-specific salt schedule during the 3-day fast.

Colon Cleanse Plan

Rodney’s dose is 4 scoops (20 g) every 2 weeks.

  1. Saturday at 9:00 PM, mix 4 scoops with 10 to 12 oz organic juice or water.
  2. Drink immediately.
  3. Follow with 16 oz of water.
  4. Go to bed within 1 hour, by 10:00 PM.
  5. Expect bowel movements 6 to 10 hours later, usually Sunday morning.
  6. Stay home Sunday and keep food light.

Sunday Recovery Day

  • Meal 1 at 9:00 AM: herbal tea, fresh fruit, or a light smoothie.
  • Meal 2 at 4:00 PM: light soup, steamed vegetables, small portion of fish or chicken, and a small portion of brown rice or quinoa.
  • Avoid red meat, dairy, fried foods, processed foods, large meals, and beans.
  • Hydration goal: 16 oz water every 2 to 3 hours, minimum 80 to 100 oz total.

3-Day Water Fast Plan

This 3-day fast is included as part of the naturopathic protocol and should be approached carefully with strong attention to hydration, rest, and body awareness.

Preparation

Complete the colon cleanse first. Increase spring water. Reduce carbs, sugar, and processed foods. Increase healthy fats and proteins. Begin electrolyte support with Celtic Sea Salt.

Day 1

Morning: 16 oz Aqua Vitalis Spring Water with 1/2 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt. Afternoon: 16 oz spring water. Evening: 1/2 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt with 16 oz spring water.

Day 2

Morning: 16 oz spring water. Afternoon: 16 oz spring water with 1/2 teaspoon Celtic Sea Salt. Evening: light stretching or meditation.

Day 3

Continue hydrating morning, afternoon, and evening. Rest deeply and allow the body to recover.

Breaking The Fast

Start with bone broth or vegetable broth. Next add steamed vegetables, fermented foods, or avocado. Final meal should be light protein with healthy fats.
